EHLA Ownership - Patrick Furlong

Patrick established EHLA in 2011, demonstrating a steadfast belief that a more direct approach to delivering value and service in the mortgage industry would be successful, even amidst challenging economic conditions. He brought eight years of prior experience within the mortgage industry to this venture.
Before founding EHLA, Patrick served as a branch manager for American Mortgage Advisors Corporation, a team manager for Countrywide, and a senior loan officer for Home Funds Direct . He is a University of Georgia Terry College of Business graduate. Patrick resides in Roswell, GA with his wife and three children.
Loan Officer - Katie Anderson

Before joining EHLA, Katie worked in commercial real estate banking. This experience combined with being a mom of three, has equipped her with a discerning ability to assist clients in identifying loans that offer both value and suitability. She understands that each borrower has unique needs and circumstances, and she is dedicated to providing clients with enhanced loan options.
Katie is a native of Roswell, GA and a 2002 graduate of the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, where she earned a degree in International Business. In her leisure time, she enjoys playing tennis and traveling.

A graduate from the University of Maryland, Ali previously worked as a teacher for several years before joining her sister's bookkeeping business.
